First let me say sorry for taken so long yet again. I've been working on this one for like two weeks now as I screwed up the first time and had to start from scratch.
It is surprisingly hard to draw Ronald Reagan, guys wrinkly old face has so much detail that's easy to get wrong.

But either I am more then happy with this it's my first ever Gif! If this turns out well I might do more Gifs for the future. But will see.
Either way next one probably wont take as long so expect more soon.
